• Modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice
• Limit the quantity of any product available for purchase
• Refuse service to any customer at our discretion

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed in full before an order is confirmed and dispatched.

We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, and other online payment methods. All transactions are secured using industry-standard encryption. We are not responsible for any bank charges or transaction fees levied by your bank or payment provider.

4. Order Processing

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are processed during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST). We reserve the right to cancel any order if:

• The product is out of stock or discontinued
• There is an error in the pricing or product description
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
• Payment authorization fails

In case of cancellation, full payment will be refunded through the original payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across India. Delivery timelines vary by product, location, and availability. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout and are approximate; we are not liable for delays caused by shipping partners, customs, or events beyond our control.

Shipping charges (if any) are displayed before checkout confirmation. For large or heavy equipment, additional logistics arrangements may be required, and our team will contact you separately.

6. Cancellation Policy

All sales are considered final once an order has been placed and payment has been received. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order and before the order has been dispatched.

7. Return and Replacement Policy

Returns are not accepted for medical equipment due to hygiene and safety regulations. Replacements are available only in cases of manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect items delivered. Please refer to our Cancellation & Replacement Policy for full details.

8. Warranty

Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. Warranty information is provided on the product page or accompanying documentation. Warranty claims must be submitted to us directly and may require inspection by the manufacturer. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification.
